All appointments must be secured with payment or deposit at the time of booking.
Appointments are confirmed only once payment is received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans may change.

• 24+ hours notice: your payment or deposit may be applied toward a future appointment (one-time transfer).

• Less than 24 hours notice: payment/deposit is non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in full service charge.
Future bookings may require full prepayment.

Mobile Appointments

Mobile services require advanced scheduling and travel coordination.

• Less than 24 hours notice: $150 cancellation fee

• No-show: full service fee applies

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure the best results.

• 10–15 minutes late: service may be shortened

• 15+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation​​
